Withdrawal form
Model withdrawal form provided for by article R.221-1 of the French Consumer Code.

01How to withdraw
You have fourteen calendar days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw, without giving any reason and without penalty. The conditions are set out in article 8 of the Terms of Sale.
Using this form is not mandatory. Any unambiguous statement of your decision to withdraw is enough. The simplest way is to email us at legal@rgatt.com. We acknowledge every request.

03What happens next
We refund all sums paid no later than fourteen days after we receive your request, using the same payment method you used for the order, unless you expressly agree to another. No fee is retained.
If you expressly asked for the service to be made available immediately and acknowledged losing your right of withdrawal as a result, that right can no longer be exercised once the service has been fully performed. If the service has only been partly performed, you may still withdraw and will then owe only an amount proportionate to what was supplied.
